I like the suite concept. The space is large enough for a family with small children and you can choose to be self-catering instead of eating at the hotel outlets. The design is beautiful and the location and landscaping is fantastic.

I have no complaints except for the early check-out time. It should be extended to 12 noon, given that we can only check in ater 2pm. Also, we had a blown fuse in the middle of the night and it became pitch black. It took some time before a staff could come and fix it.

the rooms were very comfortable, self contained, clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The only downside it is not within walking distance to the heart of Byron Bay, and requires shuttle bus or local public transport to get there.

We had an amazing time celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary at this fabulous resort. The serene rainforest setting, stunning swimming pool area, and relaxing morning yoga were perfect for unwinding. The staff provided excellent service and made us feel welcomed. The dinners were enjoyable, and the vegan options were delicious. The resort is luxurious yet comfortable, with beautiful furnishings. The Finnish Sauna was a pleasant surprise, and the 25-meter pool was great for lap swimming. the best resort I've ever stayed at!

We were planning to go out in Byron but the resort and restaurant were superb so we did not leave for 2 days. Lovely staff, divine restaurant and luxurious setting. Our deluxe suite with spa was heavenly. Best accommodation experience over past 10 years of travel worldwide.

Staff were considerate and looking for ways to assist, our accommodation was spacious, modern, elegant.

This is called a spa resort but the actual spa facilities are very small relative to the size of the property and potential number of guests.

My stay at Crystalbrook was absolutely fantastic. The secluded location surrounded by lush rainforest made for a truly peaceful and tranquil experience. The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The restaurant offered top-notch quality food with a stunning view of the rainforest, and the pool area was a great spot to relax and unwind. I had a wonderful time at Crystalbrook and would highly recommend it for a perfect getaway.

Meant to be a Spa/relax hotel - far too many unrestricted children, which made meals and poolside relaxing difficult.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure that our stay was great. Great rooms and facilities available. Rooms were clean and well presented. Great restaurant on site. 5 minutes in to Byron (shuttle bus available at certain times during the day) and a short drive to Bangalow, Lennox Head, and Ballina.
